CHA-HEART
High concentration Emulsion Arrangement & Reaction Technology
CHA-HEART stands for High Concentration Emulsion Arrangement and Reaction Technology, and it is a distinctive technique developed by using the MACM(Mag- netic Air Centrifugal Mixer) in the reaction process of crosslinking HA and BDDE. It enables not only chemical crosslinking through BDDE, but also physical cross- linking by revolving and rotating in multiple directions. As a result, HyaFilia can be produced as a highly concentrated cross-linked HA gel
The following table shows that HyaFilia has the high gel-to-fluid ratio compared to other products, which demonstrates the 85% of reaction rate at which liquid HA is converted into HA gel through cross-linking process.
